To apply as a new member or to renew your membership, enter your information into the application form, print it and mail it to the address on the form. Click here for the RMC Membership Form...

In these cases, you can download the Membership Form to your computer and then open it from there to fill-in your information before printing. To download the form, in most browsers you can use the "Save As..." option when you right-click (Windows) or Ctrl+Click (Mac) on the form or use the Download button, if available.
