The Club is open to all retired Field and Home Office employees who are at least age 55 and had at least 10 full years of NYLIC service (including service at its subsidiaries).  Otherwise, membership is without regard to age, citizenship, color, ethnicity, gender, gender identity, genetic information, marital status, national origin, physical or mental disability, political affiliation, race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, veteran, or other protected status.

To become a member, complete the application form (found in the 2nd tab above). The form may be completed online before printing. Please submit the application form, along with your payment, to the address on the form. The annual dues are currently $50.00 per year.
