Step 1 -
Complete the RMC Reunion Registration Form. The form may be found by clicking here... It is preferred that you fill it in online before printing and mailing with your payment to our Secretary/
Treasurer, Bruce Schobel, at the address on the form. When completing it online, the form will calculate your costs based upon your selections and show your total cost. If you fill out the form manually, please print, as this is much easier to read.

Step 2 -
Reserve your hotel room. To reserve your stay at the Hyatt Centric Hotel, you may make your hotel reservation online by clicking here…  The online reservation page defaults to our reunion dates - Sunday, September 27th to Wednesday, September 30th. You may also call the Hyatt Centric Hotel directly at 888-591-1234, for arrival on Sunday, 09/27/26, with checkout on Wednesday, 09/30/26. (RMC Board members arrive on Saturday, 09/26/26, for pre-meeting and set-up and will need to make their room reservations accordingly.) We have a group rate of $229.00 single/double (plus tax & fees) per room, per night**. When calling, be sure to identify yourself to the hotel as part of the "New York Life Retired Members Club – Group Code G:NEWY" to get the group rate. 

The Group Rate is available for the 3 days before and after the reunion, subject to availability. If you want to book online for any extra days (earlier than 09/27/26 or later than 09/30/26), first make your reservation for the meeting days. Then email our hotel contact, Kierra Pittman, kierra.pittman@hyatt.com, with your confirmation number and the additional dates you would like to add to your reservation. Kierra will personally check the availability and, if available, make the adjustments to their reservation at the group rate. The deadline to make your reservation is September 4th by 5:00 PM Eastern time to ensure getting a room.  Any reservations received after this date will be confirmed at the Hotel’s prevailing rate, based on room availability. Cancellations made at least 72 hours ahead will receive their deposit back.

** NOTE: You may see a Destination Fee paragraph on your confirmation. Please note this is their standard verbiage but it DOES NOT apply to reservations made under our "Group Code".
