Step 1 - send your Registration Form to the RMC

Complete the RMC Reunion Registration Form. The form may be found by clicking here... It is preferred that you fill it in online before printing and mailing with your payment to our Secretary/Treasurer, Bruce Schobel, at the address on the form. When completing it online, the form will calculate your costs based upon your selections and show your total cost. If you fill out the form manually, please print, as this is much easier to read.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Spouses and significant others are welcome and urged to come and share in the RMC Annual Meeting.

Step 2 - contact the Hotel to reserve your room

To reserve your stay at the all suites The Hotel Contessa, you may make your hotel reservation online by clicking here…  Please review the check-in & check-out dates carefully.  You may also call The Hotel Contessa directly at 1-866-435-0900, M-F, 9:00am-4pm for arrival on Sunday, 10/15/23, with checkout on Wednesday, 10/18/23.   (RMC Board members arrive on Saturday, 10/14/22, for pre-meeting and set-up and will need to make their room reservations accordingly.)  Be sure to identify yourself to the hotel as part of the "New York Life Retired Members Club – Block (Code: NYL101423)" to get the group rate.  We have a group rate of $215.00 single/double (plus tax & fees) per room, per night.  The hotel has a limited amount of rooms at the discounted rate available 3 nights before and 3 nights after the meeting dates, subject to availability at the time of request, and on a first come first served basis.  If you wish to come before, and or stay after the meeting you must contact the hotel by phone (Jessica, 210-229-9222, M-F, 9am-4:00pm) to make your reservation and inquire whether the group discounted rate is available. The deadline to make your reservation is September 20th by 5:00 PM Eastern time to ensure getting a room.  Any reservations received after this date will be confirmed at the Hotel’s prevailing rate, based on room availability.  Please note, any individual reservation cancelled within 48 hours of arrival will be charged the first nights room and tax.
